• Monday, Jan. 13, 2020 @ 9pm – Bad Faces @ Mercury Lounge. The psychedelic Americana rock band shares a bill with The New Administration in one of the Lower East Side’s prestigious venues. (Tickets)

• Tuesday, Jan. 14, 2020 @ 7pm – Petra Jasmiina @ Parkside Lounge. The Finnish songwriter is the featured artist at the Inspired Word Open Mic and will play new tunes as well as tracks from her debut album, “Cygnet”. (Event)

• Tuesday, Jan. 14, 2020 @ 7pm – John Platt’s On Your Radar @ Rockwood Music Hall – stage 3. WFUV‘s John Platt hosts his monthly residency featuring Blue Plate Special, Orly & The Mona Dahls, and Jesse Ruben. (Tickets)

• Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2020 @ 8pm – Big City Folk Song Club @ Stella & Fly. Song Club kicks off 2020 at Stella & Fly this week on the Upper East Side. • Saturday, Jan. 18, 2020 @ 8pm – Voices In The Heights @ First Unitarian. Voices in the Heights returns with a bill featuring Nico Padden, Dan Whitener, and Tara Dente. (Tickets)

• Saturday, Jan. 18, 2020 @ 8pm – Dinty Child & Friends @ Littlefield. The superb folk/Americana musician and sought after artist of the Boston folk scene for years is releasing his new album, “Lucky Ones”. Joined by a plethora of talent including Sean Trischka, Zachariah Hickman, Isa Burke, Rose Cousins and more, this show promises to be an incredible event. (Tickets)
