  • Tuesday, Feb. 6, 2018 @ 6:30pm – New York Antifolk Festival @ Sidewalk Cafe.  The first night of the festival is curated by TAPIOCA.  Antifolk stalwarts Kung Fu Crimewave close out the night at 11pm. (Event)

  • Thursday, Feb. 8, 2018 @ 8pm – Song Club @ Fawkner. Song Club returns at Park Slope venue Fawkner.  This week’s feature is August Wells, who opened for Glen Hansard a few weeks ago at Brooklyn Steel.  Send an e-mail to bigcityfolk@gmail.com if you want to participate in Song Club.  (Event)

  • Thursday, Feb. 8, 2018 @ 6:30pm – New York Antifolk Festival @ Sidewalk Café.  The third night of the biannual gathering features, amongst others, Jeffrey Lewis, Steve Espinola and interludes by poet Jonathan Berger.  (Event)

  • Friday, Feb. 9, 2018 @ 11pm – Craig Kierce @ Connolly’s Pub.  Craig Kierce, who released EP Ring Road in 2016, perform at Midtown venue Connolly’s Pub.  (Event)

  • Saturday, Feb. 10, 2018 @ 11pm – Social Animals @ Rockwood Music Hall – Stage 1.  Brooklyn-based Social Animals plays a release show for their forthcoming EP [insert title here].  (Event)
